You may use the site to learn about our services, estimate a project, and contact us. You must not interfere with security, abusefully copy content, or submit false or malicious information.
Estimates and costs
AI-generated estimates are directional. Final cost, team, timing, and scope are confirmed only through a commercial proposal accepted by both parties.
Professional services
Any design, development, consulting, automation, or support work will be governed by a separate proposal, contract, statement of work, or service order.
Intellectual property
The site's content, brand, design, and materials belong to Softcapy or its licensors. Project deliverables are governed by the applicable contract.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. Softcapy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that an automated estimate covers every technical, legal, or commercial risk of a project.
